btdjl Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules of Use

1 General Introduction

btdjl (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the btdjl platform.

By registering on this platform or starting to use any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"Wallet": The virtual fund storage associated with a user's account.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on btdjl, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Important: For users aged 21 and above only. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Only

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, or identity documents, all accounts will be suspended.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any personal details change, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your btdjl account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Under no circumstances should you share your account information with or grant access to any third party.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. btdjl will not be responsible for any transactions resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Use a strong password containing numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
Change your password regularly.
Avoid logging into your account on public Wi-Fi networks.
Always log out after each session.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the btdjl platform can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

5.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. A verified account is required to make withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing funds using another person's account or payment method, or withdrawing to a third party, is strictly prohibited. If such transactions are detected, the relevant account will be suspended and the funds placed under review.

btdjl does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

btdjl offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing any bonus funds, you must wager them 10 times. Importantly, the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Usage Terms

An account can claim the welcome bonus only once.
Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — wagering contributions may vary for specific games.
If a deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
btdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6.4 VIP Program

btdjl has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier up to 0.8%. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Specific benefits and conditions apply to each tier.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on the btdjl platform are conducted fairly and transparently. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
If a game is left unresolved due to a technical issue, btdjl will review the situation and make a decision.
In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
The game providers' own rules may also apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btdjl platform:

Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit loopholes.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Harassing or causing harm to other users.
Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the associated funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the btdjl platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is protected as the intellectual property of btdjl or its licensors.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from btdjl is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

btdjl is an entertainment-based online gaming platform. btdjl is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform.

btdjl disclaims liability in the following circumstances:

Service disruption caused by technical issues or server outages.
Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or exposure of account credentials.
Service issues from third-party payment providers.
Issues with a user's internet connection.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by btdjl

btdjl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

In the event of a breach of these Terms.
On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
In cases of prolonged inactivity.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

12 Responsible Gaming

btdjl places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should serve as entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.
